Located in Ontario, Canada, we have been family owned for 45 years. has grown from our plastic injection mold making roots. For decades we have employed world class Mould Makers and Professional Engineers allowing our parent company, Die-Mold Ltd. to engineer some industry firsts, making us a worldwide leader in the field of plastic injection mold manufacturing.

Situated in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada, Lights Out Injection Molding operates in a company owned 20,000 sq. ft. facility on 2.5 acres of land. Webcam installation and state-of-the-art equipment allow for monitoring of the facilities overnight although, no personnel are in the building.

With world class mold makers working in the same Ontario based facilities as our injection molding equipment, our customers benefit from proper ongoing injection mold maintenance and repair. This results in high quality injection molded parts, delivered on time, every time, to Canada and across North America.

2. Lights Out Injection Molding uses only state-of-the-art injection presses and auxiliary equipment. Our new equipment combined with a lights out approach means we use less hydro electricity, reducing not only part cost, but reducing environmental impact.
   
   
3. From its inception, both and Die-Mold have adhered to stringent recycling procedures. This applies to all injection molding processes and injection mold manufacturing, resulting in reduced scrap and increased recycling of materials. This practice saves both money and the environment.
